The hospital volume effect on cancer mortality
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením kvality onkologické péče, a to především pomocí objemu poskytované péče v nemocnici. V teoretické části práce je popsán pojem efekt objemu. Dále se práce zabývá analýzou přežití a popisem dvou zhoubných nádorů, slinivky břišní a prsu, které byly pro tuto práci vybrány. Abstract:
The main aim of this bachelor’s thesis is an evaluation of the quality of oncological care, focusing on the volume of care provided in hospitals. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the concept of volume effect.
