Tato diplomová práce se zabývá ochranou zdraví člověka před nebezpečnými chemickými látkami. Jejím cílem je zejména analýza právních prostředků ochrany zdraví člověka před nebezpečnými chemickými látkami na mezinárodní, unijní a vnitrostátní úrovni.
