Bakalářská práce řeší cenovou strategii stravovacích zařízení Mendelovy univerzity. Jejím cílem je nalézt vhodné nastavení cenové politiky a obchodní strategie těchto stravovacích zařízení. The Bachelor thesis is concerned with the pricing strategy of Mendel University catering facilities. The aim of the thesis is to propose an appropriate setting of the pricing policy and a business strategy of the catering facilities.
