Tato práce se zabývá vývojem právní úpravy středního školství od vzniku moderního středního školství v období osvícenských reforem do roku 1989. Zaměřuje se zejména na výčet nejvýznamnějších pramenů právní úpravy a jejich stručný rozbor.
