Graduates Employment of Selected Retraining Courses on the Labor Market

Abstract:

Tato práce rozebírá téma uplatnění absolventů vybraných rekvalifikačních kurzů, jejíž cílem bylo zjistit efektivitu rekvalifikačních kurzů. Teoretická část je zaměřena na objasnění pojmů a problematiky s využitím dostupné literatury a statistických údajů. Konkrétně vymezuje nezaměstnanost na trhu práce, politiku zaměstnanosti, nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, rekvalifikace a charakterizuje konkrétní vybraný rekvalifikační kurz. Rekvalifikační kurzy jsou považovány za nejúčinnější nástroj aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, a to se také prokázalo ve výsledcích dotazníkového šetření v rámci mého průzkumu. Osloveno bylo 61 adekvátních respondentů z Moravskoslezského kraje napříč různými obory, a zároveň i jedna konkrétní skupina 10 absolventů vybraného rekvalifikačního kurzu a vzájemně byla výsledná data vyhodnocena. V závěru práce je podána zpětná vazba vybranému rekvalifikačnímu kurzu a návrhy a doporučení, ve kterých oblastech by se mohl systém kurzů obecně zlepšit. Také je uveden výsledný názor na zprostředkování rekvalifikačních kurzů vycházející z průzkumu.

Abstract:

This work discusses the topic of employment of graduates of selected retraining courses, which aimed to determine the effectiveness of retraining courses. The theoretical part is focused on clarifying concepts and issues using available literature and statistical data. Specifically, it defines unemployment in the labor market, employment policy, active employment policy instruments, retraining and characterizes a specific selected retraining course. Retraining courses are considered to be the most effective tool for active employment policy, and this has also been demonstrated in the results of my survey. 61 adequate respondents from the Moravian-Silesian Region across various fields were addressed, as well as one specific group of 10 graduates of the selected retraining course and the resulting data were evaluated with each other. At the end of the thesis, feedback is given to the selected retraining course and suggestions and recommendations in which areas the course system could improve in general. The resulting opinion on the mediation of retraining courses based on the survey is also given.
