Analýza systému hodnocení pracovníků a pracovního výkonu ve vybraném podniku

Abstract:

V této práci je představena jedna z hlavních činností řízení lidských zdrojů, tedy hodnocení pracovníků a pracovního výkonu. Je zde podrobně objasněn teoretický kontext, pečlivě zpracovaný, aby se čtenář dozvěděl o potřebě hodnotícího systému, jeho cílech, metodách, kritériích a měřítcích, přípravě, postupech, chybách při jeho implementaci, možných alternativách v praxi či trendech současné doby. Teoretická část textu představuje přístupy specialistů, a případně se snaží o jejich komparaci, včetně vymezení subjektivního názoru autora. Hledá tak vhodné pohledy na problematiku a nutí čtenáře o probíraném obsahu přemýšlet. Do aplikační části jsou vtaženy informace z části teoretické, za jejichž pomoci je analyzován podnik s konkrétními způsoby hodnocení pracovníků. Informace k prováděnému výzkumu jsou primárně zajišťovány strukturovanými dotazníky a rozhovory, v kombinaci se statistickými daty popisujícími aktuální stav zkoumané organizace. Zkoumaný vzorek využívaný k analýze sestává ze zaměstnanců této společnosti, kteří se nacházejí téměř na všech stupních organizační struktury. Jsou proto zkoumána jak stanoviska strategického vedení, tak pohled na systém hodnocení pracovníků uložených v organizační struktuře nejníže. Zjištěné skutečnosti vyplývající z analýzy jsou posléze porovnávány, podléhají komentáři autora a na základě vlastních poznatků formuluje autor doporučení a stanoviska. To vše za pomoci statistických a dalších analytických metod.

Abstract:

This work presents one of the main activites of human resource management, ie evaluation of employees and work performance. It explains in detail the theoretical context, carefully elaborated so that the reader learns about the need for an evaluation systém, its goals, methods, criteria and scales, preparation, procedures, errors in it implementation, possible alternatives in practice and current trends. The theoratical part of this text presents the approaches of specialists, and possibly tries to compare them, including the definition of the autor’s subjective opinion. Therefore, it seeks appropriate perspectives on the issue and forces the reader to think about the content being discussed. Information from the theoretical part is drawn into the application part, with the help of which the company with specific methods of employee evaluation is analyzed. Information on the research is primarily provided by structured questionnaires and interviews, in combination with statistical data describing the current stato of the researched organization. The researched sample of respondents used for the analysis consists of employees of this company, who are located at almost all levels of the organizational workers structure. Therefore, both the opinions of the strategic management and the view of the evaluation systém of employees stored in the organizational structure below are examined. The findings arising from the analysis are then compared, subject to the autor’s comments and based on his own knowledge, the autor formulates recommendations and opinions. All this with the help of statistical and other analytical methods.
