Porovnání trenérské práce u mužského a ženského basketbalového družstva. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na obecné pojmy basketbalu, psychologii „coachingu“, typologii trenérů a trenérské vzdělání. Výsledkem mé práce jsou rozhovory s trenéry vrcholových družstev. Cílem je popsat rozsah trenérské práce, nalezení shod a rozdílů u mužských a ženských složek. Coaching jobs for men and women basketball teams compared. This thesis is focused on the general concepts of basketball, the psychology of "coaching", typology and education of trainers. The result of my thesis are interviews with the coaches of top teams in order to describe the scope of coaching job, and differences in male and female components.
