Insurance Frauds: Interpretation, Detection and Prevention
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku pojistných podvodů. Zkoumá je ze dvou úhlů, jak z hlediska samotných pojišťoven, tak z pohledu trestního práva. Zabývá se také odhalováním a možnostmi prevence těchto činů. Součástí práce jsou v neposlední řadě statistiky počtu a hodnot pojistných podvodů a dále modelování veličin, které je mohou ovlivňovat.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the issue of insurance fraud. It examines them from two angles, both in terms of insurance companies themselves, and from the perspective of criminal law. It also discusses the possibilities of detecting and preventing these crimes. Moreover part of this work are statistics on the number and value of insurance fraud and modeling variables that may affect them.
