Abstract:
Předmětem mé diplomové práce je řízení jakosti v malém a středním podniku. V teoretické části popisuji historii a vývoj řízení jakosti, ekonomiku jakosti, kde se zabývám náklady na jakost, dále TQM - Total Quality Management, který obsahuje také modely úspěšnosti, a zde pomocí komparace porovnám model úspěšnosti s normou ISO 9001. The subject of my thesis is quality management in small and medium company. In the theoretical part describes the history and development of quality management, economy class, which deals with the quality costs, as well as TQM - Total Quality Management, which also contains a model of success, and here compare the model by comparing the success of the ISO 9001 standard.
