Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá právní odpovědností za nenávistné projevy na internetu. V teoretické části je věnován prostor pro vymezení konceptu hate crimes a hate speech, jejich detailní rozbor a dále pak samotné právní úpravě a odpovědnosti za nenávistné projevy v českém právu. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with legal liability for Hate Speech on the Internet. The theoretical part is about Hate Crimes and Hate Speech, their definitions, analysis and about the legal liability for Hate Speech in the Czech legislation system. The practical part represents the research focusing on analysis and comparison of particular laws and their articles on Hate Speech.
