Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na proces asistované reprodukce, při kterém dochází k manipulaci se zárodečnými buňkami nebo s embryi, včetně jejich uchovávání, a to za účelem léčby neplodnosti ženy nebo muže. Podrobně jsou rozebrány jednotlivé fáze léčby neplodnosti metodou in vitro fertilizace. V práci jsou zahrnuty i rizika plynoucí z asistované reprodukce. Abstract:
The work focuses on the process of assisted reproduction, in which germ cells or embryos are manipulated, including their storage, in order to treat infertility in women or men. The individual phases of infertility treatment by in vitro fertilization are discussed in detail. The work also includes the risks arising from assisted reproduction.
