Cílem mé bakalářské práce je rešeršní shrnutí dosavadních vědeckých studií a poznatků zabývajících se entomofágií, a to z pohledu historického, enviromentálního, nutričního, zdravotního, bezpečnostního i legislativního. The goal of my bachelor's thesis is a research summary of scientific studies and knowledge dealing with entomophagy from the historical, environmental, nutritional, health, safety and legislative points of view.
