The reaction of the banking system in times of crisis

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is focused in the first chapter on the basis of the function and organization of the banking system and the crisis theory. These information are important for the reader to understand the circumstances in the next parts of the bachelor thesis. In the next chapter we are focused on the country where the crisis had begun and how the crisis interfered into Europe. Second chapter is as well focused on the prevention of the biggest central banks to avoid the crisis and the unconventional currency politics of the ECB. The last, third chapter is focused on the rating of each step of the CB, government during the crisis and after the crisis appears and the rating of anti crisis and the prevention for the future.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa v prvej kapitole venuje základom fungovania a organizácie bankového systému, a teóriám kríz. Tieto informácie sú dôležité pre čitateľa, aby pochopil súvislosti v ďalších častiach bakalárskej práce. V ďalšej kapitole sa venujeme krajine, v ktorej sa kríza začala a ako sa dostala do Európy. Druhá kapitola sa tiež venuje opatreniam najväčších centrálnych bánk na odvrátenie krízy a o nekonvenčnej menovej politike ECB. Posledná tretia kapitola je zameraná na hodnotenie jednotlivých krokov centrálnych bánk, vlád počas krízy, po vypuknutí krízy a hodnotením protikrízových opatrení do budúcnosti.
