Obsahem této práce jsou právní a environmentální aspekty lesní certifikace. Práce se zabývá předpisy související s procesem certifikace a to nejen právními, ale i dokumenty certifikačního systému. Rovněž se zabývá kontrolou dodržování závazků plynoucích ze smlouvy, kterou se subjekt zavazuje hospodařit v souladu s principy trvale udržitelného rozvoje a odpovědností za porušení smluvního závazku a zákona …more

The content of this thesis are legal- anvironmental aspects of forestry certification. Thesis deal with legal document incidental to proces certification. As well are viewed Community document about voluntary certification and certification of products.
