Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je řízení pohledávek. V první části práce je obecně zpracovaná problematika pohledávek, jejich řízení a vymáhání. V praktické části popisuje diplomová práce řízení pohledávek ve společnosti ASTOM s.r.o. Obsahuje analýzu současného stavu řízení pohledávek a návrh nových přístupů k řízení pohledávek.
Abstract:
This diploma’s thesis is concerned with debt management. The first part deals with the isme of debts, debt management and debt collection. In the practical part of thiss thesis is describing debt management of company ASTOM. s.r.o. The second part of this work includes analysis of the status of debt management and proposition of new approaches to managing the receivables.
