Diplomová práce se zabývá pohledem studentů na adaptační kurzy a jejich vlivu s časovým odstupem. Teoretická část se věnuje uvedení do kontextu adaptačních kurzů, které mají teambuildingový cíl, využívají však metodu zážitkové pedagogiky k jeho dosažení. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the students' view of the adaptation courses and their influence with time span. The theoretical part focuses on the context of adaptation courses that have a teambuilding goal, but they use the method of experience education to achieve it.
