Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jak novela zákona o dluhopisech (zákonem č. 172/2012 Sb.) ovlivnila financování podnikatelských subjektů pomocí dlouhodobých externích zdrojů financování se zaměřením na úvěrové a dluhopisové financování. The aim of the thesis is to determine how the amendment to the Bond Act (Act No. 172/2012 Coll.) has affected the financing of business entities using long-term external sources of financing, credit and bond financing.
