Práce se zabývá tématem společenské odpovědnosti rodinných firem. Cílem je identifikovat specifika společensky odpovědného chování vybraného typu rodinných firem. Rešeršní část představuje poznatky z oblastí CSR, rodinných firem a jejich vzájemné propojení.
