Diplomová práca sa venuje tematike krízového manažmentu v divadelných inštitúciách. Rozoberá jeho formy a spôsoby správania vedenia divadiel, ako prispôsobujú fungovanie a procesy v organizácii neočakávanej udalosti a ako sa na takéto hrozby pripravujú.
