Manažerská komunikace a její význam pro firmu

Abstract:
Absolventská práce se zabývá manažerskou komunikací a jejím významem ve firmě. Jsou zde rozebrány základní pojmy komunikace, formy a metody v komunikaci, manažerská komunikace. Dále jsou zmíněny bariéry a řešení konfliktů v komunikaci.Hlavní částí práce bylo popsat chod interní a externí komunikace a zhodnotit manažerskou komunikaci ve společnosti GK SERVIS, spol. s r. o.
Abstract:
Graduate thesis is about importance of managerial communication in company. Here are basics terms of communicatons, forms and methods in managerial communication. Then there are solutions of conflicts in communications. Main part of this work describes internal and external communication and evaluates managerial communication in GK SERVIS, spol. s r.o. company.
