Práce se zabývá problematikou trestní odpovědnosti právnických osob, která sice byla v českém právním řádu zakotvena již před několika lety, avšak její význam bývá stále ještě podceňován. Abstract:
This thesis primarily deals with the prevention of legal entities prosecution but it also refers to criminal acts for which the companies are mostly prosecuted. The aim of this thesis is also to explain possible ways in which legal entities could be punished.
