Photography and Public Art in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá tématem fotografie a umění ve veřejném prostoru. Nastiňuje stručnou historii světovou, uvádí do problematiky využívání fotografického média v rámci veřejného prostoru, posléze přibližuje historii českého umění veřejného prostoru a věnuje se vybraným českým umělcům. V závěru představuje praktickou část této diplomové práce.
Abstract:
Thesis deals with photography and art in public space. It outlines a brief history of the world, according to the field of photographic media in the context of public space, then presents the history of Czech art and public space devoted to selected Czech artists. At the end is a practical part of this thesis.
