Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat plánovaný projekt změny nestátní neziskové organizace Aeroklub České republiky z.s. a jeho dopad v okruhu vykonávaných činností a s tím související úprava počtu pracovníků/zaměstnanců.V teoretické části je popsán neziskový sektor a následně management změny spolu s jednotlivými teoriemi. V praktické části dále je popsán Aeroklub České republiky a jeho současný stav s navázaným znovu rozšířením okruhu činností v rámci projektu převzetí státní správy.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to analyse the planned project of change of non-governmental non-profit organisation Aeroclub of Czech Republic and its impact on the range of activities carried out and the related adjustment of the number of employees.The theoretical part describes the non-profit sector and consequently the change management together with the individual theories. The practical part describes Aeroclub of Czech Republic and its current status with the re-expansion of the scope of activities within the framework of the state administration takeover project.
