Abstract:

Bakalářská práce řeší návrh matematického modelu střešního nosiče s ohledem na jeho chování v průběhu nárazové zkoušky (tzv. CITY Crash). Model je sestaven na základě videozáznamu zkoušky. V první části je popsána analýza videa a zpracování získaných dat pomocí několika metod. Dále je popsán postup nahrazení soustavy závaží a nosiče soustavou pružin a tlumičů. V první fázi jsou parametry předního a zadního nosiče nahrazeny členy se stejnými vlastnostmi, poté je popsáno chování nosiče s rozdílnými parametry pro přední a zadní nosič a na závěr je zavedena pružina s nelineární charakteristikou. Výsledný model je ověřen na dvou zkouškách s mírně odlišným průběhem.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the roof rack mathematical model, which represents its behaviour during the crash test. The model is based on high-speed video footage. In the first part, video analysis and data processing are described. The tested roof rack is replaced by a single mass-spring dumper system. Three different models are described. At first, the same parameters for front and rear are used, after that different parameters for each rack and finally, the model with nonlinear spring is presented. The final model is verified by two separate tests, each simulating an impact pulse with slightly different conditions.
