Field Day Care

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou využívání terénní pečovatelské služby ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem bylo zmapovat rozsah a využití pečovatelských služeb poskytovaných klientům v domech zvláštního určení a v domácnostech klientů. Práci tvořily dvě stěžejní oblasti. V teoretické části byly za pomoci odborných zdrojů předloženy informace týkající se stáří, změn v důsledku stáří, sociálních služeb pro seniory a pečovatelské služby. Cíl bakalářské práce byl naplněn prostřednictvím průzkumu v praktické části, ve které byla popsána konkrétní situace ve vybrané organizaci poskytující pečovatelskou službu, následně byl použit řízený rozhovor a pomocí analýzy dat byly sestaveny výsledky v podobě tabulek a grafů. Průzkum vycházel z hlavního předpokladu, že převážná většina respondentů bude spokojena s rozsahem i kvalitou poskytovaných pečovatelských služeb a na úhradu těchto služeb budou převážně využívat příspěvek na péči. Výsledky průzkumu vyústily v konkrétní navrhovaná opatření v oblasti kvality a rozsahu poskytovaných služeb. Pro praxi lze doporučit zejména rozšíření nabídky společenského vyžití seniorů. Hlavním závěrem bylo zjištění, že rozsah i kvalita pečovatelské služby je na adekvátní úrovni a senioři využívající tuto službu jsou převážně spokojeni.

Abstract:

The thesis is related to use of field day care in the selected organization. The objective was to chart the range and usage of field day care provided to clients in residential care and in households. The thesis has two main parts. The theoretical part presents with support of professional sources the information about old age period, life changes due to aging process, services for seniors and field day care. The purpose of the thesis was achieved by the survey in the practical part ? a particular situation in the selected organization providing field day care was described here, successively a guided interview method was used and by means of secondary data analysis the results in tables and graphs were compiled. The survey was based on the main presumption that the predominant majority of respondents will be satisfied with the range and quality of field day care provided and for the payment of these services they use the care allowance. The findings resulted in particular proposed measures in the scope of quality and range of field day care provided. In the practice it is possible to recommend the widening of the offer of social activities for seniors in particular. The main result was the finding that the range and quality of field day care currently provided is appropriate and seniors using this service are mostly satisfied.
