Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je etika v podnikání jako konkurenční výhoda. V teoreticko-metodologické části definuji pojem etika, objasňuji její historický vývoj a vztah morálky a etiky. Dále se zabývám podnikatelskou a manažerskou etikou, klíčovou rolí manažera, principy a nástroji etického řízení a významem etiky v managementu a podnikání.
