Bakalářská práce se zabývá zjišťováním spokojenosti klientů s nabídkou vybrané restaurace. Cílem práce je návrh změn stávající nabídky restaurace Pod Věží v Českém Těšíně na základě spokojenosti zákazníků. Teoretická část je zaměřena na spokojenost zákazníků a nabídku služeb restaurace. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with finding out clients‘ satisfaction with an offer of a selected restaurant. The goal of the thesis is a suggestion to change the current offer of Pod Věží restaurant in Český Těšín based on the clients´ satisfaction.
