Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme ramanské spektroskopii vybraných dipeptidů a je-jich strukturních aminokyselin. Ramanská spektra aminokyselin jsou komentována s pomocí literatury a prezentována k porovnání s dipeptidy, které tyto aminokyseliny tvoří.
Abstract:
In this thesis we study Raman spectroscopy of selected dipeptides together with amino acids that they are folded from. The Raman spectra of amino acids are commented with use of literature and presented for comparison with dipeptides into which these amino acids fold.
