V diplomové práci se zabývám specifiky příspěvku na péči, jako formy finanční pomoci určené pro zdravotně postižené občany. Teoretická část charakterizuje a shrnuje legislativní rámec, zásadní změny v oblasti sociálních služeb a podmínky pro poskytování a zmírnění nepříznivé situace. In this thesis I am concerned with specifics of social care benefits as a form of financial aid designated for seriously handicaped citizens. The theoric part characterizes and summarizes the legislative frame, crucial changes in the sphere of the social services and the terms for granting and also the slackening of the existing unfavourable situation.
