Cílem této bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat, zda má Česká republika dostatečné institucionální prostředí pro boj proti tvorbě deficitu státního rozpočtu, nebo je pro ni vhodné přijmout zákon o vyrovnaném státním rozpočtu, který by takové prostředí vytvářel. Abstract:
The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to analyze if the Czech Republic offers sufficient institutional environment to fight state budget deficit, or if it should adopt a "balanced budget rule" which would create such an environment.
