Teoretická část práce popisuje metody finanční analýzy a jejich užití v mezipodnikovém srovnání. Praktická část pak realizuje tuto analýzu na podniku DMC management consulting s.r.o. a jeho konkurenci. Získané údaje pak používá k zhodnocení budoucí finanční situace a identifikaci nedostatků ve finančním řízení společnosti. Theoretical part of thesis describes methods of financial statement analysis and its uses in benchmarking. Practical part applies those methods on DMC management consulting s.r.o. and its competition. Data gained through analysis is then used to evaluate future financial situation and identify weakness in company‘s financing.
