Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení kvality služeb cestovního ruchu ve vybrané lokalitě, jejíž cílem je zjistit, jaká je míra spokojenosti návštěvníků vybrané lokality. Dále pak navrhnout vhodná opatření. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, kdy v teoretické části je popsána základní terminologie v oblasti služeb, kvality a cestovního ruchu. This bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the quality of services in tourist industry in a particular area.
