Bakalářská práce „Výuková opora pro žáky oboru vzdělání Cukrář“ pojednává o recepturách a technologických postupech jednotlivých cukrářských výrobků. V úvodu je zdůvodněn výběr tématu této bakalářské práce. V teoretické části práce je popsána historie cukrářské výroby, odborný výcvik, vyučovací metody, hodnocení žáků, odborné kompetence. My bachelor thesis Teaching Support for Confectionery Students deals with recipes and working procedures of particular confectionery products. The introduction gives reasons for the choice of the bachelor thesis topic.
