Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá marketingovým výzkumem spokojenosti zákazníků pojišťovny Kooperativa . pobočka Rychnov nad Kněžnou. Cílem práce je analyzovat spokojenost zákazníků této pobočky a navrhnout případné změny a opatření. V diplomové práci byla použita metoda osobního dotazování.
Abstract:
This thesis is concerned with customer satisfaction marketing research Kooperativa - branch descending order. The aim is to analyze the customer satisfaction of this branch and propose such amendments and measures. In this thesis method was used personal interviews.
