Abstract:

Barešová, Klára. Možnosti využití volnočasových aktivit ke zvýšení profesní připravenosti žáků střední odborné školy. Brno: Pedagogická fakulta Masarykovi univerzity Brno, 2010. 65 s. Diplomová práce. Práce se zabývá hledáním možností využití volného času žáků střední školy k posílení jejich kladného vztahu ke zvolenému oboru a ke zvýšení jejich profesní úrovně po absolvování školy. Část podkladů tvoří závěry bakalářské práce autorky, které jsou v teoretické části doplněny o nové údaje a metody aktivního ovlivnění volného času žáků. Praktická část je rozdělena na tři základní problémy. První řeší vzájemné vazby mezi atraktivností nabídky volnočasových aktivit a zájmem žáků o jejich využití, druhý se zabývá posílením kladných vztahů žáků ke zvolenému oboru s využitím cíleného rozvoje osobních zájmů. Obsahem třetí části je rozbor využití možností neformálního vzdělávání ke zlepšení uplatnitelnosti absolventů na trhu práce. Závěry práce definují podmínky, za kterých lze, při využití uvedených forem a metod, využít volnočasové aktivity žáků k posílení jejich odborné úrovně a uplatnitelnosti. Výsledky lze využít při organizaci a řízení výchovy mimo vyučování na středních odborných školách.

Graduation Theses. This work deals with the search leisure time possibilities of the intermediate students to enhance their positive relationship to the chosen course and to increase their professional level after graduation. Part of the source material are the conclusions of the bachelor thesis of the author, which are supplemented in the theoretical part of the new data and methods to active influence students leisure time. The practical part is divided into free basic problems. The first part solves the interaction between the appeal of leisure time activities and interests of students on their use. The second part deals with strengthening the positive relationship of students on field of study using a targeted development of personal interests. Content of the third part is an analysis of the use of informal learning opportunities to improve the applicability of the labor market. Findings of work define the conditions under which, using the mentioned forms and methods to use leisure time activities of students to enhance their proficiency and applicability. The results can be used in the organization and management of education outside the classroom in secondary vocational schools.
