Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá metodami čištění odpadních vod, materiály používanými pro filtrační média a zařízení, která tato média využívají. Řešeny jsou také bubnové čističky z hlediska konstrukce, principu funkce, regenerace filtru apod. V experimentální části se pak práce podrobněji zabývá rozborem použitých filtračních materiálů z hlediska struktury, morfologie a základních fyzikálních a mechanických vlastností. Byl realizován dále experiment pro odhad změny velikosti póru při zatěžování materiálu. Dále byl navržen přípravek pro charakterizaci mate riálu při dvouosém namáhání. Pomocí metody konečných prvků byla ověřena vhodnost tvaru vzorku pro experimentální ověřo vání. Dále byl vytvořen model simulující chování materiálu při dvouosém namáhání. Cílem takového modelu je popsat deformaci vzorku a tím určovat změny geometrie, zejména porozity a tím i filtračních vlastností materiálu.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with methods of wastewater treatment, mate rials used for filter media and equipment that use these media. Drum clarifiers are also addressed in terms of design, principle of operation, filter regeneration, etc. In the experimental part, the thesis deals in detail with the analysis of the filter materials used in terms of structure, morphology and basic physical and mechanical properties. Furthermore, an experiment was carried out to estimate the change in pore size when the material is loaded. Furthermore, an apparatus for the characterization of the material under biaxial loading was proposed. The suitability of the specimen shape for experimental validation was verified using the finite element method. Furthermore, a model was developed to simulate the material behaviour under biaxial loading. The aim of such a model is to describe the deformation of the specimen and thus to determine the changes in geometry, in particular porosity, and thus the filtration properties of the material.
