Práce se zaměřuje na na fikce procesních úkonů účastníků a v rámci nich si všímá především fikcí procesních úkonů účastníků, které se uplatňují buď obecně, nebo v civilním sporném procesu. Důvodem je skutečnost, že civilní sporné řízení je založeno mj. na dispoziční zásadě, v souladu s níž je především věcí úvahy účastníka, zda určitý procesní úkon učiní, či nikoliv. The work is focused on the last group of legal fictions, i. e. on legal fictions of procedural acts of parties. Within the scope of them is emphasis put on legal fictions of procedural acts of parites, which are generally aplicable or which are aplicable in the civil controversial procedure.
