Diplomová práce se zabývá organizační činnosti závodů Moravské výškařské tour. Úvod práce je teoreticky orientovaný a popisuje základy managementu a organizování sportovních akcí. Druhou část práce tvoří komparace jednotlivých organizačních složek mítinků Hustopečské skákání a Beskydská laťka, které spolu tvoří tour. This diploma thesis deals with organization of Moravian highjump tour. The introduction of the thesis is theoreticly oriented and decribes basics of management and sports event organisation.
