Instruments of active employment policy and their use in region of Broumovsko

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti ve vybraném regionu Broumovsko. Teoretická část je rozčleněna do tří kapitol. V první kapitole je charakterizována problematika trhu práce a nezaměstnanosti a jsou popsány ohrožené skupiny osob na trhu práce. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na politiku zaměstnanosti včetně vlivu Evropské unie a na nástroje pasivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Třetí kapitola je celá věnována aktivní politice zaměstnanosti a jejím nástrojům. V praktické části je nejprve uvedena charakteristika vybraného regionu a následně zmapována situace v oblasti nezaměstnanosti. Dále je pak praktická část zaměřena na nejčastěji využívané nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti ve vybraném regionu. V závěru jsou navrhována možná řešení v oblasti nezaměstnanosti ve vybraném regionu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of active employment policy in the selected region of Broumovsko. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter characterizes the labour market and unemployment and describes vulnerable groups of people on the labour market. The second chapter is focused on employment policy, including the influence of the European Union, and on passive employment policy instruments. The third chapter is entirely devoted to active employment policy and its instruments. The practical part first presents the characteristics of the selected region and then maps the unemployment situation. Furthermore, the practical part is focused on the most frequently used tools of active employment policy in the selected region. In conclusion, possible solutions in the area of unemployment in the selected region are proposed.
