Abstract:

Absolventská práce pojednává o problematice manželství a registrovaného partnerství. Na tyto instituty se zaměřuje z právního a odborného hlediska. Je zde vysvětlen jejich pojem, upřesněn jejich vznik a zánik, rozvedeny jsou zde i osobní a majetkové vztahy v těchto institutech a také současné požadavky na změnu registrovaného partnerství v oblasti práva. Jedná se o teoretickou práci, která je složena z pravdivých a ověřených informací, které jsou čerpány ze zákonů a odborné literatury.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is marriage and registered partnership. These institutions are examined from a legal and professional point of view. The thesis explains their concept, specifies their formation and termination, describes the personal and property relations in these institutions as well as the current demand to change the nature of registered partnership in the field of law. This is a theoretical work, which is composed of true and verified information drawn from the law and literature.
