Abstract:
Byly připraveny heterostruktury kombinující vícestěnné uhlíkové nanotrubice (MWCNTs) a TiO2 a zkoumány z hlediska jejich nanostruktury a detekce plynů. Cílem bylo zlepšit odezvu chemiresistivního senzoru založeného na použití MWCNTs. Neupravené MWCNTs byly také testovány na adhezivní vlastnosti umožňující manipulaci s mikroobjekty ve vysokém vakuu. Abstract:
The heterostructures combining multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and TiO2 were prepared and investigated concerning their nanostructure and gas sensing properties. The aim was to improve the response of chemiresistive sensors based on MWCNTs.
