Effect of hydrogenated water on sports performance
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem hydrogenované vody na sportovní výkon. Cílem této práce bylo shrnout poznatky o molekulárním vodíku, jeho způsoby konzumace a vliv na sportovní výkon. Podle předem stanovených kritérií byla provedena selekce vhodných článků. K analýze článků bylo podrobeno 11 článků, které se ukázaly jako vhodné. This bachelor thesis deals with the influence of hydrogenated water on sports performance. The aim of this work was to summarize the knowledge about molecular hydrogen, its methods of consumption and its effect on sports performance.
