Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá založením podniku a sestavení podnikatelského plánu. V první části této práce je obsažena teoretická část a získané poznatky z odborné literatury. Druhá, navazující část, je aplikační. Ta obsahuje konkrétní sestavení podnikatelského plánu a to pro fitness centrum StronGGym. Součástí sestavení podnikatelského záměru byly využity analýzy SWOT a Porterův model pěti konkurenčních sil. Marketingový plán obsahuje marketingový mix, průzkum konkurence a na základě dotazníkového šetření i průzkum trhu. Nejdůležitější a klíčová část podnikatelského plánu je finanční plán, který obsahuje plán tržeb, plán nákladů, rozvahu a finanční analýzu. Tato část celého podnikatelského záměru je klíčová, protože nám řekne, zda je vhodné daný projekt vůbec realizovat.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the formation of a startup company and its business plan. I will first discuss the lessons learned from specialized litterature and also discuss relevant theoretical aspects. The second part of my thesis will focus on the execution of said business plan. The aforementioned will specifically pertain to a fitness-oriented business, named StronGGym. In preparation for the business plan both the SWOT matrix and Porter’s Five Forces model were used. The marketing plan includes a marketing mix, exploration and competition on the basis of in-depth surveys and market research; I will focus primarily on the health and fitness market. The most important and crucial part of the business plan is the financial plan, which includes the sales plan, costs, balance sheet and, finally, the financial analysis. This part of the whole business plan is crucial, as the results allow us to know if it is appropriate or feasible to implement this project at all.
