Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na kriminalitu cizinců v České republice. Charakterizuje kriminalitu a pojmy, které s ní souvisí, popisuje migrační politiku a její vývoj a definuje pobyt cizinců na území České republiky. Dále následuje charakteristika a počet cizinců. This bachelor thesis is dealing with criminality in the Czech Republic. This paper defines criminality and related terms, describes the migrant policy and its progress and defines residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic.
