Kindergarten existing design adaptation for barrier-free access and use, including the architectural design of the facade in a variant solution

Abstract:

Téma bakalářské práce je uzpůsobení stávajícího návrhu mateřské školy pro bezbariérový přístup a užívání, včetně architektonického návrhu fasády ve variantním řešení. Práce vychází z projektové dokumentace mateřské školy pro stavební povolení podle vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb., o dokumentaci staveb ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Tato dokumentace byla zpracována v rámci předmětů ATE_1, ATE_2 a ATE_3. Součástí této práce je i architektonická studie variantního řešení vhledu fasády v podobě bookletu a komentovaný poster. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoreticko-metodologickou část a aplikační část. V teoreticko-metodologické části jsou popsány základní pojmy ohledně bezbariérovosti, rozdělení typů postižení a konstrukční zásady bezbariérových úprav budov. Ve druhé polovině teoreticko-metodologické části budou popsány možnosti vnější úpravy obvodových plášťů. Aplikační část vychází ze stanovených výzkumných otázek. V první výzkumné otázce se aplikují konstrukční zásady pro bezbariérové užívání staveb na navrženou budovu mateřské školy. Ve druhé výzkumné otázce dojde k architektonickému návrhu čtyř variant fasády mateřské školy.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the adaption of the current proposal of kindergarten for barrier-free access and use, including the architectural proposal of the facade in variant solution. Bachelor's thesis comes from project documentation of kindergarten for a construction permit by Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., about construction documentation as amended laters prescription. This documentation was processed within-subjects ATE_1, ATE_2, and ATE_3. Part of this work is an architectural study of varianty vision solution in the form of a booklet and an annotated poster. The work is divided into two parts, the theoretical-methodological part, and the application part. The theoretical and methodological part described the basic concepts of barrier-free movement, distribution of types disabilities, and construction principles of barrier free adjustment of buildings. The second half of theoretical-methodological part describes options of external modifications of peripheral shells. The application part comes from established research questions. In the first research, the questionnaire aplicated principles of construction for barrier-free use of buildings for designed kindergarten. In the second research question, will be proposed four architectural variants of kindergarten facades.
