Abstract:
Tato práce se zaobírá mzdami a analýzou konkrétního mzdového systému v podniku. Výše mzdových nákladů je pro podnik velmi důležitá, na jednu stranu nesmí být příliš vysoké, aby neovlivňovaly zisk, na stranu druhou jsou největším zdrojem motivace pro práci zaměstnanců. This bachelor thesis deals with wages and analysis of specific wage system in a company. Size of the wage costs is very important for the company, on one side it mustn´t be too high to affect the profit, on the other side it is the biggest source of motivation for employees.
