Tato práce má poskytnout určitý komplexní pohled na systém vzdělávání u odsouzených ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Hlavním úkolem v oblasti vzdělávání je vytvářet podmínky pro vzdělávání ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, a to zejména vhodnou nabídkou vzdělávacích aktivit s cílem uplatnění žáků na trhu práce po propuštění z výkonu trestu.
