Abstract:

Tato práce na téma "ochrana práv žen v univerzálních a regionálních úmluv o lidských právech" se zabývá především oblastmi, které jsou úmluvami tohoto typu právně upraveny, a jejich historický vývoj. Pozornost je zde mimo jiné věnována také Mezinárodní organizace práce, jakožto institutu důležitého pro úmluvy v oblasti pracovní. Dále se tato práce dotýká určitých bodů historie práv žen, stejně tak jako osobností a organizací zabývající se jimi. V neposlední řadě jsou v této práci také zařazena některá ze současných problematik ochrany práv žen.

Abstract:

This thesis on the topic "the protection of women's rights in universal and regional human rights conventions" deals with the various areas that conventions of this type, regulate, and their historical development. Among other things, attention is also paid to the International Labor Organization, which is important as an institute for conventions in the field of labor. Furthermore, this work touches on other points in the history of women's rights, as well as people and organizations dealing with them. Last but not least, this work also includes some of the current problems of protection of women's rights.
