Arts Integration in Primary School Teaching

Abstract:

Diplomové práce se zabývá integrací učiva výtvarné výchovy do vybraných předmětů ve výuce na 1. stupni základní školy. Cíl této práce představuje vytvoření metodických listů, dle kterých bude výuka probíhat. Žáci budou získávat dovednosti a znalosti jiných předmětů prostřednictvím práce s výtvarnými technikami. Práce si klade za cíl pomocí výtvarné výchovy rozvinout u žáků představivost jako reprodukci dříve vnímaného k vytvoření představ. Naučit žáky používat prostorovou orientaci, pochopit termín nepravidelná linie, poznat různé materiály a jejich struktury. Dílčí cíl představuje vyzkoušení metodických listů v praxi a zhodnocení přínosu zapojení výtvarné výchovy do výuky matematiky, českého jazyka, prvouky z hlediska motivace žáků k učení, jejich úspěšnosti, dosáhnutí co nejlepších výsledků v procesu učení.

Abstract:

The focus of this dissertation is the art integration into learning in selected subjects during the first years of an elementary school. The goal of this work is to introduce list methodology, according to which the learning will be executed. The students will gain craftsmenship and knowledge from other subjects through working with different art techniques. Through the art the students' imagination will be enhanced as a reproduction of earlier perception of images. To teach students to use spacial orientation, to understand the term of an irregular line, and to recognize different materials and their structures. The subsequent goal of this work consists of the list methodology execution in real life and its' subsequent evalutation of the art integration into studies of math, czech language, and science as an effective motivational element for learning, its effectivness to gain the best results in the learning process.
