Financial analysis and short term financial plan of Patria Finance a.s.

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zhotovit finanční analýzu společnosti Patra finance, a.s. v letech 2013 – 2017 a krátkodobý finanční plán pro rok 2018. Jedná se o nebankovní investiční společnost.V metodické části této práce jsem se zaměřil na jednotlivé metody, které jsem poté použil v části praktické. v Druhé, praktické části jsou už dané metody aplikovány, konkrétně horizontální a vertikální analýza a poměrové ukazatele, které jsem následně srovnal s největší konkurenční společností a s průměrem odvětví. V samém závěru praktické části jsem poté nastínil krátkodobý finanční plán pro rok 2018 v podobě výkazu zisku a ztráty. Ten je podložený jak analýzou společnosti, tak analýzou odvětví zpracovanou Českou národní bankou.

Abstract:

The purpose of this this bachalore thesis is to make a financial analysis of Patria Finance,a.s. for the years 2013 – 2017 and and do the short term financial plan for the year 2018. It is nonbank investment company. In the methodical part of this thesis there are described all the methods which are used in the practical part. In the practical part there are used those methods. It is vertical and horizontal analysis, ratio indicators and then there is a comparation with the biggest competitor and industry average. In the end of the practical part I showed a short term financial plan for the year 2018, which is planned profit and loss statement.
